Being able to see what my contribution is doing for the company.

It's just better than what I expierenced before. Not sure how to put into words.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity. I appreciate knowing I get to come to work and learn from a very different perspective than my own.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The other company I worked for contributed nothing to the benifits package other than 401K and offering it. Bell has amazing benifits and it's affordable.
