I love aerospace and this is a great place to explore that field. The day we stop truly innovating new products is the day I would be sad to work here. The culture has definitely become better the past 15 years I have been at Bell.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in engineering, so as long as we get to create I am happy. I do think it is important for engineers not to get stuck in one discipline that is the norm with Aerospace companies.
