What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People respect personal time and that employees have lives outside of work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think as a large company many talented employees get overlooked and performance discussions get put on the backburner. This makes employees look elsewhere and ultimately realize they are severely underpaid compared to market. Bell needs to assess their compensation in order to retain top talent.
