As a technology company bell should explore investing in fractional ownership of employee led spin-off ventures. These hybrid technology incubators allow entrepreneurial employees to grow new technologies while offsetting risks to Bell.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many need loving coaching and mentoring on personal professionalism in the workplace. Those that insist on using a blunt vocabulary with a high number of swear words tends to drag down the atmosphere of the whole office.
