Challenging. Front Line Leadership role is the most challenging role due to multiple demands for your time. Ability to Multi-task and re-focus is a must for completing tasks. Overall the experience has been acceptable and looking forward to new challenges.

Success is dependent upon what you put in for growth. Overall it has been a rollercoaster due in part to economic conditions. I have had growth b/c I have put in the work, therefore overall experience has been acceptable.

Pay rate increases #1, bonuses are nice, insurance is acceptable, personal time off is acceptable especially having the ability to accumulate vacation time.

Willingness to help with understanding things not known and a willingness to partner through the effort to achieve a working knowledge of the task.

New Team is better than previous team. New team more professional and respectful of others than previous. Although dynamics of daily environment are vastly different.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I recently changed role within the organization. My new leadership team is vastly different from the last, however both leadership teams have care and concern for my well-being and quality of life. The differences are noticeable due to the size or number of their direct reports.
