It has been challenging, but not in a good way. There is hardly any formal training and overall seems not to be very well organized.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They help with getting through road blocks.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get paid on a regular basis

What are some of the best things about your team?

We can be ourselves and it's not so strict.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Allow the employee the option to pick the work schedule that they want to work instead of being forced to work a 9/80- schedule which takes daily time away from family and time for exercise.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Allow us to work a regular 8-hour day, if we want. Also have a cubical with taller walls that allows some privacy and quite so I can concentrate better on my work. And allow us to work from home at least one or two days a week. Our management comes across that we can't be trusted if we can't be seen
