It's been a great ride! I've had opportunities to promote numerous times and have accepted new roles over time. I am very happy with my current role. The people I work with are really good people and there's a family-like atmosphere at my workplace. It's as good as it gets, in my opinion.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Bell has been the best civilian job I've ever had. I worked for another defense contractor and Bell, by far, is the best of the two. I've had opportunities here that I don't think I would've had at the other contractor and certainly better than any other non-defense job I've had in my lifetime.

Helping my friends and co-workers to do their jobs better; making others successful.

The 9/80 work schedule! It saves a lot of vacation and personal time-off hours!

The skills and experience that each of us have provide a broad knowledge base from which to draw from to tackle projects and assignments, and we have fun in our work.

Overall, our employees want to come to work and do the very best that they can. We are extremely proud of our heritage and take great pride in knowing what our products provide our customers and our nation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We cover for each other when one or more are out for any reason and each pulls his own load. We can always call on one another when we need help. The manager is right in the mix with us, too.
