Good coworkers / friends, a great facility, and the burning desire to make the greatest aircraft to ever fly on this earth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my current roll, our team collaborates to make the impossible possible. The most complex issues are often methodically solved through collaborative teams. It is a great environment and culture to be a part of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the vision that our current leadership has at Bell in driving innovation and product ownership back into the company. Vertical integration and owning our destiny is key in becoming the industry leaders in aviation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
At Bell you are rewarded for working hard each year. That has not been the case in other companies I have worked for. Getting the recognition for a job well done is what everyone wants and Bell Recognizes that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If I don't have the answers to a question, some one on the team probably knows. We all work together to make the entire team and organization successful. It is very collaborative environment and promotes innovation in all we do at Bell.
