Since, we work in a family environment, the quality of work and performance of the team is high. Due to our technical abilities, we stand tall amongst our peer OEMs

Open door policy and communication about successes and failures. The team does not get threatened by their presence. There is no ego between the executive team and employees, which fosters family like atmosphere
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have focused goal to perform well. We have a mix of young engineers to experienced engineers. We have created an atmosphere that a fresh engineer is mentored by the senior engineers. To large extent, they are not intimidated to ask questions and seek guidance. Senior people are there to help
