I have been allowed and encouraged to advance to multiple roles since joining the company. Each step of the way I have been greeted with a good support structure and people truly invested in my development.

The people I work with and the comradery that has been developed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is clearly invested in my development and advancement. I have even been approached by them regarding leadership opportunities that would take me away from their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my compensation is fair. The company does not owe me anything apart from the agreed to compensation, but they do throw in the occasional perk to show appreciation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I joined the team that I am currently on, the culture was very bad. Through changes in leadership structure and employee engagement I have seen a vast improvement in the culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the entire team is happy to help in any way they can to make sure the job gets done right. I also feel that the culture has improved greatly since joining this team.
