Overall I have worked in two different locations within my first 3 years at Bell. My biggest issue would be co-workers that are set in their ways who do not want change or to leave their "box" of a work space to grow and develop into better teammates.

When you ask for help, someone always jumps in to help get the task accomplished.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is changing for the better, Everyone who works here has a different perspective at work. There is still some improvements needed but overall I have never seen a GM care so much about employees within the company like David Galik does in Piney.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders in Piney Flats are very great with their communication. They have always had some type of way to push for the better days and attitudes during tough times. I can honestly say that if it weren't for our leaders great attitudes and structure, then I would be elsewhere looking for a job.
