My experience has been positive. Over the years I have seen a dynamic shift in what used to feel like working for a mom and pop company and more to a life of the corporate direction. Experiences are positive.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Bell is wonderful and I have always thought of Bell as being a leader in the industry, however I don't think the leadership team talks enough with the ground pounders or the wrenches in the trenches to get feedback and report that back up to the chain of command.

People trust that the job will get done.

Vacation and sick time policies

It does seem that everyone want to get the mission accomplished.

Grounded, Determined, and willing to do whatever it takes for the mission.

Not sure. I mean I see them around as much as they see me around.

I have plenty of work to do that I never have to worry about getting bored.

doesn't really phase me. I'm proud that we are diverse but diversity doesn't impact me I do my job one way or the other.
