Current teams seam to care more about people then they have in the past.

Our team works together well. We are friendly, joke around with each other try to have fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the culture of the functional team I am in. I don't necessarily like the overall culture the company is going.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would consider out vacation and PTO as part of the compensation package and I believe it is great. Also the 9/80 work schedule
