Overall Working here has been an up and down hill. There are moments in time where as a company the mentality has shifted in a positive direction and then with certain leadership changes it completely turns around and go downhill rapidly.

The current leadership is very knowledgeable in our area of responsibility, which is a big benefit to being productive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The most enjoyable part of my work place is being provided the opportunity to use my skill set/experience in my current roll without being micro managed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, the majority of the team-members are very hard working and focused on getting the tasks assigned completed in an very efficient and effective manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Over time and under the leadership of Mitch Snyder, the culture has become a more harmonic and balanced workplace. If we as a company are going to pave the wave of the future we must embrace all employees including salaried and union members.
