I was told multiple times by my supervisor and management that we would get a substantial raise when we moved to Class 2. Upon moving to class two I found out that was a lie. lost a little bit of trust/faith from me there. Other than that it's overall been a very positive and challenging job!

The cooperation and friendly attitude from most that I work with.

Opportunity for raises at supervisors/managers discretion like I was told there would be when I hired on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to use my own ideas/ Troubleshooting skills to design/ rework tools that improve the manufacturing processes around the shop.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really do good work around here. The reason not alot of it is getting done is because we don't have enough man power to get it done in a timely manner.
