The monetary part. I come to work cause I need money and like making a difference in what Bell provides.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People need to stop job hoping and being moved to positions to learn. We need to hire for experience and not inclusion.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The need to value employees for what they know, the experienece they have and the execution they delievr. People need to stop moving positions and start staying long enough to learn the job and see the results of their desicisions. Most people move positions so fast they never learn.
