money base pay increase, start hiring people that can do the work and not just yes man

staying busy and making a positive contribution, i refuse to change who or what i am from other influences, i like to be proud of the jobs i do not embarrassed to say i did that,

they are friendly, pleasant to be around just lazy about work, it is easy to just say yes and agree with everything and not work at the job and do the proper research, trust but verify people lives are at risk

it does not seem the direction from the top is getting followed all the way down to the workers, to many silo goals that do not contribute to the best of what good for Bell Flight, and almost like leadership is trying to hide where the work is getting moved to so there is a lack of uniformity, commu
