Great experience in the beginning but in the past 5 years it has been horrible. No longer respected, valued, or compensated. I feel I have no worth.

Actions instead of words from HR and Management showing we are valued. Poor raises, less healcare benefits, start respecting employees for their worth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are disgruntled due to reduced benefits and lack of compensation. They feel Bell does not care are are just counting down to retirement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our raises are less than the average cost of living annually and have been for years. Our health care benefits have been reduced to basicall nothing.
