What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive Leadership team seems to be informative, professional, sincere and forward thinking
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say 80% of us are invested in a get the job complete mentality
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a Team mentality and strive to help each other no matter what we may already be engaged in

We have some leaders on site that take our values and team culture serious. They do practice what they preach so to speak
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises could at least come close to keepign up with the cost of living, Health Insurance seems to be getting more expensive and providing less

Being a part of something that has real impact on someones life, Bell provides a great value and service to the community and the world. What we do matters
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I interact with takes their job seriously and are very aware of how important the job we perform is. Our daily performance can effect others lives. We have many AOG's and work our hardest to get the aircraft back in operation
