The awesome 401k match is very good compared to previous places I've worked.

It is very clear that you are part of a team and that they really value their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on a challenging project and knowing that my work directly supports the military getting an aircraft fixed and back into the action.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they actively seek out input from various special interest groups within the company. We have multiple employee groups (e.g. Veterans, LGBT, Women's Leadership) that sit in on the Ops Forum.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very easy to talk to and will take time to help you if at all possible. If they can't give an answer they will try and direct you to a better resource.
