Being productive. Helping a coworking progress

For the most part they appear to empathetic leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting paid slightly better than the industry average. Also there is overtime
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse job functions. Everybody seems to genuinely want to help. Also pluralistic group with lots of different life experiences.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to pickup the pace a bit. There has to be internal movement of folks into different teams to encourage holistic learning.
