Great company and a great CEO. I think there are unnecessary fire drill that get flowed down from the senior management. I assume that is due to the change Bell is trying to make which is understandable.

Energetic and ambitious - able to get work done and also have fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A bonus - allow the people doing the work receive a bonus. Current bonus structure pushes people who aren't great leaders into management
