Great teamwork. Have each other's backs and there is much respect for one another. We respond well to priorities and understand goals and challenges as they fit with the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have no way of knowing, as most of the comparative information of where I stand company wide is restrictive. More clarity on where I stand in comparison so that I can make a case for why I'm undervalued with my manager.
