Seem to have a defined goal in mind and work towards it.

I know of friends at competing companies that do less work than I do but are paid a higher salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my coworkers are very effective and helpful in their positions, but they are also great people and I enjoy spending time with them.
