My experience at Bell has been fantastic. Bell and the people I work with have been very good to me over the years. I'm very proud to say I work at Bell. I'm very proud of the products we produce. I'm very excited to see where innovation takes us and what amazing products we build in the future
What makes you most happy at work?
Enjoy the people I work with at Bell. I love flying and being around flying machines.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy STIC and wouldn't argue for an increase, however hope to get LTIC in the near future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone pull's their own weight and looks to help out and work together to accomplish the task at hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly feel they try to do the right thing for both the business and the employees. They are faced with tough decisions, however seem to work together and collaborate much more so now then in the past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like where Mitch is trying to take us as company attempting to grow a diverse employee base and not afraid to try new things or "fail fast" as Mitch likes to say. Implementation of Dress for Your Day, 9/80 and going from sick to personnel time have been great.
