Working at Bell is fun and fast. Helicopters are exciting to work on. I believe the experience could be better if we were paid more in line with what competetors are paying. It seems like the company is trying to keep people happy with new flashy office updates instead of just paying us more.

Being given the ability to work on and solve difficult problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their desire to improve our workspaces and keep us employeed throught the pandemic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The lift each other up nature of the company is good. Everyone wants to help everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The humor that is shared. The wilingness to help in any way possible. The can-do attitude. Never feeling like a problem is too big that we cannot solve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have friends with similar experience leaving Bell to go to competetors in the area and are being paid 10-20% more than I am being paid at Bell. I would like a raise comensurate with what competetors are paying.
