Every day is a battle. We win some & we lose some. It never feels like people are going to work on our issues since the products we handle are legacy and not production.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance as well as HSA perks.

They are changing the culture somewhat.

Vacation time is great, 401K matching is good too.

They are young enough to be a little progressive but have experience.

We have a lot of new and great programs. They are great.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can accomplish the things that need to get done and work together seamlessly with other departments.

We are still in Silos. I believe that collaboration does go on, but it could be much better.

A lot of them are negative. They need to have a more positive outlook on life & the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My specific area had a reduction in Force from 14 to 9 & we cannot keep up the work with the amount of people that we have.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Let us work from home. We did during the pandemic & now we all have to be back in the office. We need the capability to work from home if we can.
