Our team is knowledgeable, courteous, and everyone works together for a common goal in order to provide the best possible product for our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have worked at other aerospace companies and Bell's compensation is some of the best in the industry. I am very happy with the benefits package that is offered to employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to perform my duties to the best of my ability without interference. It is nice to know that my ideas are heard and taken into account. My managers encourage feed back and promote the sharing of ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is one of acceptance and working together. Bell acknowledges the diversity of their employees and uses diversity as a strength. I have never seen a place quite like this, and it is a pleasure to work here.
