Getting everyone on the same page. leaders actually doing their job and providing a sense of real accountability and structure. Get everyone focused on the customer and quality.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improving overall morale and culture ON THE FLOOR LEVEL! We need to focus also on actually.selling.helicopters ( why do we not have a dedicated sales rep at piney flats?) And actually providing a QUALITY PRODUCT to THE CUSTOMERS! Let's actually do what we as Bell claim we do.
