quit being so lazy! There is absolutely no accountability!

Management needs to start managing and have accountability for those not doing their job!

Employees are always complaining about benefits, so they lack motivation to do anything-which brings everyone else down. Management lacks the ability to be managers due to union constraints, or lack of balls. There is no accountability for screwing up product-not even a slap-on-the-wrist write-up.
