The willingness to not only teach, but learn. Everyone seems to have an open mind to opportunities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most care for you on a personal level. They understand work is only a part of your life, and they work with you. Having people in charge like that makes working for them a lot easier and more enjoyable.
