Working on new projects and learning about the new technology/aircraft we are developing. Also, really enjoy the people I work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Think the base salary plus short term incentive pay very competitive for Staff Engineer position. Also, company match for 401K very good in lieu of traditional retirement plan. Incentivizes you to stay at Bell.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have great leadership and open communication even during COVID with Microsoft Teams - very effective. Also, our Manager does frequent one on one meetings to check in and see how you are doing or if you need help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, 9/80 work schedule, ERG's - Blade, etc. Also, like the facility and openness of the culture and flexibility. Also, really like the technology and products we design, build and certify. Management (ELT) is very good also.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and clear message that we are all in this together and that your career growth is important and all people are respected. Really like the Bell core values and Inclusion and Diversity message. Bell culture is phenomenal and inspires teamwork and unity.
