Consideration for others, less self centered motivation...
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid plenty, in fact I'd accept significantly less for a more reasonable amount of vacation/PTO and a vastly improved work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy doing my job, when I get to do it, however I spend >90% of my time at work killing time waiting till I have something constructive to do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This company must get out in front of the market and out in front of competitors. Bringing, even quality products, to market after we've lost market share to the competition greatly hinders our business, in my opinion.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less pretending and window dressing that we're doing certain things and living a certain culture when we clearly are not. The "if you don't like it here you can leave" crowd needs to go, and hopefully at that point we can begin to construct a modern company culture.
