Knowing that no-one else within Bell is capable of doing what I can due to my skill set.
Leadership is not here to take care of me (or my co-workers) they are here to advance themselves, that has been abundantly clear to everyone in manufacturing for quite some time.
My direct peer in my specific job classification if a known loaf, management knows it, co-workers know it and no-one does anything about it. It is an embarrassment to everyone involved and Bell should be ashamed.
