Management needs to be able to manage. We're being paid very well to do a job. If people don't/can't/won't take their jobs serious, people that do/will should take their place.
They know I know how to do my job. They know they don't have to look over my shoulder to make sure I'm doing my job, or doing it right.
Most days, I'm given productive and important work. Keeps me busy. At the end of my workday, I feel that I did some fulfilling work. This is a very respected company. I feel honored to work here. I show that by my work.
Most are distracted by talking to each other, not focused on their jobs, not totally taking their jobs serious. Taking advantage of the "there's no quota to meet, so I don't have to work hard" mentality. Management can't say anything to them, or else they'll be reported to union as "being picked on"
