I have had great opportunities to grow and move around the US and Europe with the company. I have always had good leadership who care about me as a person. I've been here almost 15 years and I could see spending another 15 years and enjoying it!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive things is that we continue to improve it even after years of improving it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement package is good, particularly the 401k match. Other compensation including salary & bonuses have been good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable, people-oriented, and collaborative. Results matter to them and they pursue them in an engaging way.
