very positive and life changing... prior to Bell, i had 5 previous employers that treated me very poorly and never invested in me. since Bell, i have been promoted 3 times in 4/5 years and been given opportunities i could never have dreamed of 5 years ago.

generous base salary, excellent benefits, excellent retirement options, world class relocation services, and phenomenal work/life balance. We have every other Friday off and lots of vacation time and PTO that we are encouraged to use and maintain an emphasis on self care.
