very positive and life changing... prior to Bell, i had 5 previous employers that treated me very poorly and never invested in me. since Bell, i have been promoted 3 times in 4/5 years and been given opportunities i could never have dreamed of 5 years ago.

we have a lot of autonomy at Bell. There is a big emphasis on development and the actual work at hand as opposed to nit picky day to day management styles

generous base salary, excellent benefits, excellent retirement options, world class relocation services, and phenomenal work/life balance. We have every other Friday off and lots of vacation time and PTO that we are encouraged to use and maintain an emphasis on self care.
