What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bell says they put the right people in the right positions, I'm not seeing it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Truthfulness, and qualifications to do there jobs. Everyone above my immediate management are clueless, at what we do. They were moved into their jobs outside of my group, and don't know the business or departmental policies.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We've all know and do our jobs really well. We have all been together a long time. Without this team, This team continues to get rave reviews from both NavAir and DCMA during our annual audits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When you look at what others in the industry makes doing what I do, I'm 14% down to where I should be. I have considered leaving but I have over 25 years and am a third generation employee, and wants to see Bell succeed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Because our management is not qualified to do what they are doing we are constantly, trying to fix unnecessary problems. Because of the long tenure of people on the floor, we continue to satisfy our customers. But the fight to battle unqualified management decisions is exhausting.
