we all understand each other, communicate effectively, seek help from one another when we need it. everyone is happy to help each other whenever possible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
having flexibility to work from home would really help. my commute is long and I dread it every day. if i knew i only had to do that around 50% of the time, i would feel less bitter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay transparency would help, being paid for the amount of work I am going, knowing what is coming next in my career, knowing when I should expect to be promoted or given an adequate raise other than the cost of living raise
