The products we provide save lives. I get to see the products fly almost daily and that drives me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I keep hearing from HR that we are competitive with our pay, but that isn't the case as I keep seeing peers walk out making more money elsewhere with less responsibility.
