My experience at Bell has been wonderful. At any job there will be obstacles one may come up against, however it is how you handle them. I love when I am in public and have on a Bell jacket on, someone comes up to me and ask me do I work for Bell. I am honored to represent Bell at that moment

What makes me most happy at work is being productive to get the job done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very unique. Everyone has their own skill set which makes our team awesome. We get things done
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love Mitch because he comes from humble beginnings and understands that his people makes the company. The company don't make the people. He cares about family, life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love working at Bell because the executives understands that the people makes the company. Bell has done so many things over the years to create a positive, safe, family oriented work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, people need to understand that EVMS is very important to our customer and that is the way they manager their contracts. Military is what sustaining Bell and EVMS is a very important part of the equation. Tim West is an awesome leader without him our EVMS will be devaluded
