I'm excited to be working on a new program that is developing an interesting if not exciting product. I have found a way to contribute in a meaningful way to the new program based upon my skills and experience. I'm enjoying meeting new people and building a new network at Bell.

Being paid fairly for my contribution that is enabled by my experience and abilities.

I am most happy when I am able to support a team project by completing some task or performing some support role.

Everyone seems to be engaged in the team's mission. We have some very experienced and capable team members who are willing to share their knowledge and information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is supportive and looking for ways to stay engaged with employees. The regular cadence of communication on general topics and on specific work tasks is balanced.
