
Since I returned after a 5 year departure, Bell is like a new company on how they treat people.
I left Bell for 5 year a few years back. Upon my return Bell was like a different company in the way that they treat and value people, their health and their happiness. Only thing I'd like to really see is for ICs to be a little larger. Large enough that you really realize that you received a bonus.

I've worked at a few other aircraft companies, Bell's Leadership cares about it's employees and it shows in the decisions they make ?
teamwork! My Boss is a good and knowledgeable guy as well. Willing to help and is pretty savvy when it comes to people and their abilities.
good pay and IC. Insurance is ok, but a bit expensive when trying to meet deductibles and out of pocket expenses. I know this is a difficult one ...
"people focused" and Bell has not always been that way. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. I think Bell cares about people these days! I am a 30 year employee.
They seem nowadays to care about people. When you stop putting people first, and I mean really caring about them then you stand to lose them. I don't mean let them do as they please I mean caring for them personally and for their well being. Our company cares and it is as reflected by our leaders.
