We at lest have Something to lean on.., Over the years the Quality of our health insurance has declined..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culturally Good to go!. Environmentally speaking there are those certain ones who do not use a vacuum, and it leaves product nasty on the floor and in the air for us all to be exposed to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Director is spot on with where we need to be with our growth, I do not see or here anything positive about our manager, with that said I work 3d shift and take that into consideration. Over all their needs to be better communication from the floor{workers} to management ear MY BOSS IS GOOD TO GO
