The leadership tea at times has been very approachable and willing to participate in networking/events to make them more approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bell has noticeably been taking steps towards a more employee friendly environment. As an employee it makes me feel valued and like I am part of the goals of the company!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bell has been recently moving towards a more employee friendly environment including onsite clinic and collaborative work spaces. But one of the best benefits is the holiday break, employees have off the week between Christmas Eve and New Years Day!
