My overall experience at Bell has been good so far! Still very new to the company, but everyone has made me feel welcomed and wants to see me succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing I like best about the leadership team is that they are present in the building/at meetings. This makes it feel as if the organization is "small, but big".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the every other fridays off. This allows for flexibility to travel and explore the DFW area, as I am someone who is new to Dallas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at Bell is how relaxed everyone is. There is a sense of urgency, but never a sense of panic when you walk around the building, and those are two completely different things.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is contributing to the goals of the team. When my supervisor tells me that she appreicates the work that I am doing, or the work I have done makes an impact on the day-to-day of the team, that makes me feel like I am actually needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that everyone is very social at work. This makes it better to come to work- even though I have my own space we are all still connected and have things to talk about inside & outside the topics of work. Also, it is nice that the team is young and about my age!
