That they don't act like they are above you. They are here to work with you and help you accomplish whatever you are doing.

That I am getting to work on new innovative tasks. I want to make the world better everyday and I feel like I get to do that at Bell.

Everyone is always looking for ways to improve or get better. There is never a moment where anyone is sitting still there is always something to work on and improve.
