Making mistakes is treated as a learning opportunity rather than punished
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would feel much more excited about going to work if I was allowed to work from home on days when I had less to do. That way I could get more sleep (allowing overall increase in health and therefore productivity) and have flexible hours that better suited a work life balance
