Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The DFW aviation/rotorcraft market is far ahead of Bell in terms of compensation, benefits, work from home, and career paths for progression. Bell seems to be about 2 generations behind the industry curve. Not a good thing to be showing the world when we just won the largest Army program to-date.
