Our team is focused on getting better for the customer. The decisions, compensation, and culture all flows from that. It really makes you feel like you are part of a movement.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are amazing. They cover a lot if not all of your health insurance depending on what insurance you select.

I love that I have a lot of control over my incentive pay, but also that my base pay still covers me regardless.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are trusted to be adults and get our work done. The incentive plan is based on actions that we can control, which is nice.

There are so many positive things about working for Better, that it's hard to pinpoint just one thing. I would say though, the upbeat, empathetic and diverse company culture is the most positive thing for me.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick. I didn't hear back right away when I applied, but as soon as the interview process started. I knew right away if I was moving on or not.

I appreciated how responsive the recruiting team was. When looking for work, the time spent waiting to hear back can be BRUTAL. I appreciated that they respected me enough to communicate really well with me.

What do you like best about your company?
Future possibility! First company to see our industry's ills, and commit to solving them for the absolute right reason. Building a product for the consumer is exactly why they have broken all industry standards. In fact, it is stale industry standards that opened the window for Better.com!

Onboarding with emphasis towards inclusion. Meet and greets attended by Exec/Sr leadership. Mentoring program for all new employees based upon role, knowledge, and savvy.
